Price ranges can change at any moment; however, the process will not affect already accepted flight bookings, except in the case of errors. We also ensure that all our travel services are displayed accurately, and we work hard to maintain correct pricing. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes made regarding our services.

And if there is a clear error and you have already booked, we will assist you by offering the option to keep it by paying the correct fees or canceling it without any penalty. We are not responsible for providing any available travel services to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you have received a 'booking confirmation', if the mistake should have been evident to you.

    Taxes

The flight booking prices mentioned in our services may or may not include taxes or tax recovery expenses. Note that these taxes can encompass amounts for value-added tax, service taxes, sales taxes, occupancy tax, and all other related taxes. Please note that taxes or tax recovery charges are typically calculated or estimated based on the prices displayed through our services, before any discounts, loyalty program rewards, or coupons, which are all considered price reductions for tax calculation purposes in the relevant jurisdiction for the bookings. In some jurisdictions, you may be required to pay local taxes imposed by local tax authorities. Here, you may also be charged for such taxes. Before you finalize your booking, we will inform you about any local taxes you are expected to pay, provided the airline has notified us about them.

Be aware that local tax rates may change between the booking date and the stay dates. If the taxes have changed by the time you arrive, you may have to pay the updated amount.

In that case,we may request additional information from you. And if we believe that a booking or an account is linked to fraud, a government-sanctioned person or entity, abuse, or any type of suspicious activity, then we may:

The booking confirmation outlines the key details of your reservation, including the description of the travel service you purchased at the specified price. We will send your booking confirmation through your shared email ID. If you do not receive your booking details within 24 hours, connect with us.

  7. Cancelling or About Flight Changing-
  8. Contact us if you need to cancel or amend your bookings as per the destination, travel date, starting point, property, or mode of transportation. One does not have the right to cancel or make changes to their booking unless it is permitted by the relevant Travel Provider's Rules and Regulations, which are shared with you before making a booking.

We, as the travel providers, can charge fees if you cancel in whole or in part, or if you change your booking. The costs will be outlined in the Refund Policy Section or in the Restriction one. You agreed to pay any charges related to the flight changes. Please note that the price of your new arrangements will depend on the applicable fees. Also, be aware that the cost of your new arrangements will be determined by the relevant price at the time you request the change, route, and destination as well. The payable amount may not be the same as the amount you initially booked for the travel services. Prices typically increase as the departure date approaches.

Follow the Restrictions mentioned below to know about the conditions that you can apply to your bookings:

    • If you have already made your bookings and do not cancel or change the reservation within the applicable cancellation policy tenure, you may be subject to the cancellation or changes outlined in the rules and regulations.
    • If the cancellation affects more than one person on a booking, the corresponding cancellation charge will be levied on each person on the canceled bookings.
    • We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment, including the applicable cancellation or change charges, is not received when due.
    • A booking can be canceled by us or the airlines for a variety of reasons (bad weather, overbooking, security threats, etc.). However, if this occurs, you will be informed as early as possible and provided with alternate options, assistance, or a refund.

    Refund

The refunds will be issued to you via the original payment method you used to make the payment. Please note that the refund will be done by the party that handled your initial payment. You can contact the customer care department for assistance with processing the refund.

  9. Travel Service Specific Terms-
  10. This section helps to know about the terms that apply to the specific travel service. Please note that the information provided is not exhaustive and does not replace the applicable restrictions shared with you during the reservation.

    Meals

If you have booked meals along with your flight, please note that the number of meals included depends on the number of flights. Additionally, when booking, you can also request meals.

    Flights

Before making a booking, it is vital to understand the rules and restrictions of the flight for everyone. If you pay us for your bookings or on behalf of someone else, we shall function as usual. The pricing and availability of your flight are only guaranteed once you have purchased the airline tickets.

    Low-Cost Flight

Several flights displayed price ranges that are converted from another currency for convenience, providing an estimated cost in your local currency. The actual amount charged by the airline varies due to fluctuating exchange rates utilized by financial institutions and card-issuing companies. Ensure that when completing your booking, the airline provides the amount they indicated would be charged.

Some low-cost air carriers allow passengers to change or cancel their flights by contacting them directly. They may or may not receive updates if their flight is changed or rescheduled. Such changes will not be reflected in the itinerary provided through our service. We request that you print any subsequent itinerary changes received directly from the airlines.

  11. The Flight Terms and Conditions-
  12. You understand and agree that:

    1. The airlines control the schedule and may change or cancel your scheduled flight for many reasons, such as bad weather, insufficient bookings, technical issues, and others. When the airline updates us with information on a change or cancellation, we make sure to notify you and assist you in determining your choices. Ensure that you always double-check your flight's departure time.
    2. If you have bought a round-trip journey and do not want to use the outward flight, then the airline may cancel the return flight without a refund.
    3. The airlines can regulate your allotted seat arrangements. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific seats, even if we have pre-booked them.
    4. Even for the charter or special flights, the airline, the flight scheduled, the aircraft type, and possible stops are simply provided as guidelines only. The specifics are subject to change even after one's confirmation, so kindly review the applicable rules and regulations before booking.
    5. Some airlines charge more for luggage, meals, seat selection, and other. Unless we offer such optional services for your bookings through our service page, any reference to these extra services is an optional service and has price-related information that is displayed through our services for informational purposes only and may be modified by the airlines at any particular moment. If we provide such services, their cost will be reflected to you. Once you select them, they will be added to your pricing option.
    6. The customer must adhere to the Guidelines and Restrictions for the children's carriage. Children who are 2 years old on the return date can purchase a return ticket at the child fare for both the departing and scheduled incoming flights. And if you are unable or fail to comply, you will be ineligible for a refund of any seat charges added while traveling. Children who are under the age of two will not be assigned a separate seat unless a child fare is paid for them. Unaccompanied children under the age of 14 years shall be allowed to fly under the applicable rules.
    7. Passengers are not allowed to carry any type of dangerous items in their luggage or on their bodies, which is prohibited.
  13. Combined One-Way Tickets-
  14. Here, we offer you the option to book either two one-way tickets or a round-trip ticket. So here, a combined one-way ticket may offer a broader selection of flights. They are usually less costly and can be easily combined on the same or different airlines. Here, one-way tickets are subject to more restrictions than the round-trip ones. And if one of these flights is affected by an airline change, such as cancellation or rescheduling, then you must pay the charges when making changes to the unaffected flight. You will be informed when booking one-way tickets, in addition to round-trip tickets, so that you can decide which one to book for your trip.

    No-Show cancellations

If you are unable to take your booked flight, it results in a no-show cancellation. As a result, the passenger may be entitled to a refund only of the airport taxes and fees that were charged as part of the flight ticket cost.

    Operating airlines

Flights can also be operated by another airline. When different information about the operating airline is reflected through our provided service, then the airline may charge you for your flight booking, which would appear on your payment statement.

    International Travel

When Traveling Abroad, a happy and safe journey is all that a passenger looks forward too. Still, it's also necessary to be aware that traveling to some specific destinations can be risky. One should read through the travel warnings and advice, and all other updates and alerts issued by the government, before proceeding with bookings. Passengers should also keep an eye out for warnings and any type of travel advisory while traveling and upon returning to avoid any potential problems.

Passport and Visa - One should contact the relevant Embassy or Consulate for information regarding passports and visas. The requirements may change, so check for details before booking and allow sufficient time for all relevant applications. We are not liable if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any foreign country due to your conduct, which includes your failure to carry the correct and adequate travel documents that are needed when flying, the authority, or the country through which you are transiting. This includes all the stops made by an aircraft, even when you are onboard and have not left the aircraft or the airport.

Government around the world works differently, which means some require airlines to provide passengers' personal details to their aircraft. In this, the data will be collected either at the airport when you check in or while making your reservations. One can always reach out to the relevant airline when traveling with it. We here do not support any thought that traveling to international destinations is advisable, without any risk, and is free from any type of damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

  21. Disputes and Arbitrations-
  22. Ensure that you read through this section, as it mandates that all disputes be addressed through binding arbitration or in small courts, and it prohibits bringing a class action or similar process in any forum. Arbitration is required if your nationality is not limited to the United States and enforces arbitration agreements. If you are located outside the U.S. and attempt to file a claim in the U.S., then arbitration is required to determine the threshold issue of whether this dispute resolution section applies to you, as well as all other threshold determinations, such as arbitrability, residency, venue, and applicable law. If your country of residence does not enforce arbitration agreements, then the mandatory pre-arbitration dispute resolution, notification, and prohibition on class actions or representative proceedings provided below still apply to the extent enforceable under the applicable law.

We are committed to ensuring traveler satisfaction and addressing consumer disputes promptly. Our conflict resolution process consists of two steps:

    1. Investigating and negotiating your claim with our customer support staff, if required;
    2. Binding arbitration administration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or, for arbitrations held outside the United States, an agreed-upon administration.

    Agreement to Arbitrate (Arbitration Agreement)

This includes any claims you bring against our subsidiaries, travel companies, or other firms that provide products or services through us. We mutually agree that any disputes arising between us related to our services, including the specific terms, our Privacy Statements, and any products or services provided by us or through airlines or organizations that offer products or services through us, as well as any interactions with our customer support or representations made by us in claims, will be resolved through arbitration rather than in court, except for those that can be addressed in small claims court.

This covers any claims you bring against us, our subsidiaries, or other firms that provide products or services through us. Please note that this Arbitration Agreement serves as a comprehensive framework for binding arbitration and includes any claims brought by or against third parties, including, but not limited to, your spouses, heirs, third-party benefactors, and those where their claims arise in relation to the use of the Travel Services.

If a third-party beneficiary of these terms raises a claim against the entities covered by these Terms, all such claims will also be subject to this Arbitration Agreement. The arbitrator is responsible for determining all threshold arbitrability issues, including the existence, scope, or validity of the Arbitration Agreement, and any arbitration defenses such as whether this Arbitration Agreement can be enforced, is illusory, and defenses like waiver, delay, laches, or estoppel.

    Small Claim Court Matters

Despite the arbitration terms above, either you or we may file or remove a claim in small claims court, as long as the claim falls within that court's jurisdictional limits. However, the small claims court cannot hear any claims on a class or representative basis, nor can it consolidate or combine claims from other individuals with similar issues. Additionally, if the claim in an arbitration demand qualifies for small claims court, either party may choose to have it resolved there instead of through arbitration. This election must be made in writing before an arbitrator is appointed, or, according to the AAA rules, by notifying the other party.

If any third-party beneficiary of these terms raises claims against the entities covered by these terms, those claims will also be subject to this Arbitration Agreement. Here, the arbitrator is responsible for determining all threshold issues, such as the existence, validity, or scope of the Arbitration Agreement, and whether it can be enforced, is unconscionable, or illusory.

No Class Actions or Representative Proceedings

We both agree that all procedures to resolve claims will be conducted on an individual basis, rather than in a class or representative action, which includes but is not limited to private attorneys general. Please note that the arbitrator may not consolidate claims from more than one party in any class or representative proceeding. We both acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a jury trial.

    Arbitration Rules and Governing Law.

The Arbitration Agreement is a written agreement to arbitrate that evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce. The Federal Arbitration Act (AAA), it governs all substantive and procedural interpretations and enforcement of this particular provision. The arbitration will be administered by the AAA in accordance with the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules, or other AAA arbitration rules deemed applicable by the AAA, then in effect, except as modified. The AAA Rules and Regulations are available on the official website. Please note that the arbitrator shall apply the law of the state of Washington, regardless of conflict of laws principles, except that the FAA governs all provisions relating to arbitration. Be aware that foreign laws do not apply and that this arbitration can be amended by mutual agreement in writing.

In any situation where we are unable to provide a solution to your registered complaint within the next 60 days, you may commence arbitration proceedings. Please also note that while engaging in the pre-arbitration resolution and notification process, fulfilling these requirements is necessary before initiating arbitration. AAA does not have the authority to administer the claims until all Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution and Notification requirements have been met. The statute of limitations will be monitored while the parties participate in the required dispute resolution process outlined in this section.

    Filing for Arbitration

To initiate arbitration, one must submit the Demand to the AAA as outlined in the AAA Rules and Regulations. The AAA provides a Demand for Arbitration form. Keep in mind that it will be handled by a single arbitrator appointed according to AAA rules or by mutual agreement between you and us. Please note that the arbitration will take place at either of the following:

    • A location that is designated by AAA according to the AAA Rules, ensuring that such locations are reasonably accessible to you and do not require excessive travel beyond 100 miles from your home or place of business.
    • Any other location shall be mutually discussed between you and us.
    • Through videoconferences, or at your discretion, if the only claims you assert in the arbitration are for less than $40,000 in total, then it can be conducted by telephone or in written format.
  23. The Fees and Costs of the Attorney-
  24. The Arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Rules, as amended by the AAA Consumer Rules. So, in order to initiate the arbitration, each and every party will be held responsible for paying the filing fees as required by the AAA, which are approximately equivalent to the current court filing fees.

If you can demonstrate that the costs of arbitration would be prohibitively expensive compared to the costs of litigation, or if you would otherwise qualify for a fee waiver in court, we will cover the portion of your arbitration filing and hearing fees that the arbitrator determines is necessary to ensure the arbitration is not cost-prohibitive- regardless of the arbitration's outcome. However, this does not apply if the arbitrator finds that your claims were frivolous or made in bad faith. Either party may request that the arbitrator award attorney's fees and costs if it is proven that the opposing party filed a claim, counterclaim, or defense that is factually or legally groundless, brought in bad faith or for the purpose of harassment, or otherwise frivolous, as permitted under applicable law and the AAA Rules.

    Arbitration Decision's

Know that there is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited under the FAA. Also note that the arbitrator's decision covers essential findings and conclusions on which the arbitrator bases the award. And the judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award any relief that is allowed by law or the AAA Rules and Regulations. Still, the declaratory or injunctive relief may be awarded only on an individual basis and only to the extent that is necessary to provide the relief warranted by the claimant.

    Severability Clause and Term Survival

So, if any part of this Dispute and Arbitration Provision is found to be unlawful for any subsequent reasons

    1. This portion will serve as a reminder of the Provision, which will be given full force and effect.
    2. It is to the extent that any claim has to be proceeded on a class, consolidate, collective, or representative basis like the claims must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration, and that the parties agrees that a litigation of those many clams shall be stayed pending on the outcome of any individual claims in the arbitration.

  26. Insurance

So, unless otherwise specified, the rates indicated do not include travel insurance. In such a circumstance, the legality and enforcement of the remaining terms are not affected.
